You Cannot Speak The Truth

September 15, 2006

Spoken truths can never be,

Like space never-ending,

Always, mirroring reflections.

Storms riding plains,

Balancing sky to land,

Ever changing,

Despite our drive;

We are the weeds,

The dandelions we pull.

The sidewalk life unstopped

In our

Skyscrapers, automobile, cotton gin,

Osmosis from the future,

Profuse in replication.

This drive to duplicate

Breathes in all we are,

In being’s daily grind.

We are the world we fail to see.
